Nursing education continues to evolve as educators work to prepare students for increasingly complex clinical environments while adapting to emerging technologies and changing learner needs. This conference brings together nurse educators, academic leaders, and clinical faculty to explore practical approaches that strengthen teaching, learning, and leadership in nursing education.

Designed for both new and experienced educators, the conference focuses on strategies that support effective teaching across classroom, lab, clinical, and academic leadership settings. Sessions will highlight clinically based teaching approaches, learning assessment strategies, and methods for strengthening communication, mentorship, and professional identity development among nursing students and faculty.

Participants will also explore emerging issues influencing nursing education, including the responsible use of artificial intelligence in teaching and learning, ethical considerations related to patient safety and decision-making, and practical insights that help academic leaders support faculty through mentorship and team building, and guide programs through ongoing change.
