I registered but didn’t receive a confirmation email. How can I access my registration information?
Please check your junk or spam folder first. If you still can't locate your confirmation, please contact the event team and we'll help you access your registration details.

What are the start and end times?
You can arrive and register from 08:30 to 09:30, where you will also be offered a complimentary breakfast. The conference closes at 17:30, where you are welcome to stay for drinks and canapes until 18:30.

When will I receive more information about the conference?​
We'll share regular event updates in the lead-up to CCH Connections, including agenda announcements, speaker updates and practical information to help you plan your day.

How do I save sessions I’m interested in?
Bookmark your favourite sessions in the event app to build your own personalised schedule.

Can you accommodate my dietary requirements?​
Yes, you may include any dietary requirements during the registration process. Alternatively, please email us.

Can I bring a colleague?
Yes, any colleagues who meet the attendee criteria above may attend. However, they must complete their own registration form. Please be advised that places at the event are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

What is the cancellation policy?
Your place at the event is free; however, please let us know ASAP if you can no longer attend. This allows us to offer your seat to a person on our waiting list.

Is there an option to attend virtually?
No, CCH Connections is an in-person event only and will not be broadcast virtually.

Where is the smoking area?
You’ll need to go to the ground floor outside the main entrance.
